Program and Delivery Director

You will lead large-scale, multi-year programs encompassing application development, infrastructure management, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-year programs across application development and infrastructure management.
• Manage relationships with key client stakeholders in the US and Europe to align with business objectives.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performance teams across multiple geographies.
• Drive process transformation and efficiencies through agile practices.
• Oversee steady-state operations to ensure SLA compliance and on-time project delivery.
• Provide strategic direction for the adoption of Cloud, DevOps, and Java/J2EE technologies.
• Manage large deal budgets and financials to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in IT services with a focus on delivery management and program leadership.
• Extensive experience in the communications and media domains.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Cloud platforms, and DevOps.
• Experience in legacy technology modernization and automation.
• Proven ability in managing large-scale, complex IT programs.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
• Expertise in organizational change management and driving operational shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar educational background.
