Description

You will lead architecture workstreams for large-scale digital transformation programs, partnering with senior leaders to define AI adoption roadmaps and technology strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define AI adoption roadmaps and digital transformation strategies, translating business goals into actionable technology plans.
• Lead architecture workstreams, ensuring consistency across solution components and delivery squads while developing reference architectures and blueprints.
• Design and support AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI and intelligent automation, aligning workloads with cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps practices.
• Establish architecture governance, including design principles and review checkpoints, and mentor junior architects.
• Facilitate co-design workshops and communicate architecture decisions clearly to executive and technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in technology or solutions architecture, with 2+ years in program architecture, platform engineering, or AI-led transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML domains, including generative AI, intelligent automation, and practical solution design.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with platform engineering, including Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience platforms.
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe).
• Cross-industry exposure across two or more verticals: Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, or Retail.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or architecture (TOGAF, CASP).
• Prior experience in a technology consulting or advisory firm.
