You will coordinate and automate enablement programs through process design and system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end intake flow, including reviewing deal submissions, qualifying opportunities, and triaging next steps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings across global time zones, ensuring agendas are set, conflicts are resolved, and next steps are captured.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline intake, scheduling, follow-up, and reporting processes.
  • Integrate AI transcription tools, CRM connectors, and scheduling platforms to reduce manual overhead.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau to surface program insights.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in program or project operations.
  • Proven ability to automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Salesforce Flows, or AI integrations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau (or similar BI/reporting platforms).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), or customer-facing environments.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills in time-sensitive global settings.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve operational problems.
