You will manage the coordination and execution of programs to ensure all timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program execution and manage logistics for seamless implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor task progress and milestones to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including meeting minutes, trackers, and activity records.
• Identify and resolve operational issues during program implementation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in program coordination or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in maintaining trackers and generating reports in Excel.
• Ability to manage program documentation and follow-up tasks with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in program activities and stakeholder communications.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
• Process-oriented approach to task management and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience generating Excel reports to track program progress and performance.
