You will coordinate operational support and engagement initiatives for executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Partner with directors and VPs to gather, validate, and synthesize information for executive deliverables, including strategic priorities and dashboards.
Own recurring requests from the CIO and executive office, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Drive efforts to improve colleague engagement survey scores across the organization.
Project manage engagement initiatives, tracking progress and reporting status to leadership.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment, preferably FinTech, Payments, or E-commerce.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence.
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Ability to analyze survey data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders confidently and influence without authority.
