Description

You will manage the development and implementation of standardization programs for manufacturing facility infrastructure and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of programs defining manufacturing utility infrastructure and product building blocks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet program milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide progress updates and outcome reporting to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically developing programs from the ground up.
• Proficiency with Primavera.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and budget management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with facility infrastructure and battery technology.
