Description

Manage the end-to-end development of a program for a second product and utility infrastructure for manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of programs for product definition and manufacturing utility infrastructure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Planning.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress, challenge, and outcome updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience developing programs from the ground up, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in program management software and tools.
• Strong background in Program Management and Product Development.
• Competency in Industrial Construction processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate across all organizational levels.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, facility infrastructure, and battery technology.
