Description

You will manage the development of standardization programs to define manufacturing facility infrastructure and utility building blocks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and implementation of product definition and utility infrastructure programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Planning.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates and outcomes to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record of developing programs from the ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning program objectives with strategic goals.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Extensive experience with Power BI.
• Data Analytics expertise.
