Lead the modernization of mutual fund trading processes from mainframe to cloud-native environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of order entry, validation, and settlement processes for MF trading.
• Partner on Running Collected Balance (RCB) and Shadow Posting initiatives.
• Orchestrate delivery from discovery through target state definition and roadmap execution.
• Manage RAID logs, risk identification, and drive executive steering committee communications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in brokerage or WAM technology.
• 7–10+ years in program leadership roles.
• Experience modernizing mainframe systems to cloud environments within the regulated Financial Services Mutual Fund domain.
• Familiarity with high-volume file processing (millions of orders), cutoff/NAV, and settlement flows.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Kafka, and event-driven patterns.
• Proven ability to design or lead zero/near-zero latency paths for money movement and controls.
• Understanding of SEC/FINRA compliance and auditability requirements.
• Experience orchestrating across Product, Enterprise Architecture, Operations, and Security teams.
