Description

You will direct a large-scale Customer Experience (CX) Transformation Program.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CX transformation program across multiple business units and geographies.
• Drive the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and Oracle CPQ.
• Oversee end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise platforms.
• Establish program governance, including risk management and reporting frameworks.
• Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
• 5+ years leading large-scale transformations.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP), Oracle EBS, and JD Edwards (JDE).
• Hands-on experience implementing and integrating Oracle CPQ.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations and data synchronization across platforms.
• Solid experience in Agile Project Management (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consensus.
• Bachelor's degree.
