Description

You will lead the implementation of an enterprise electronic health record platform for all facilities overseen by the DHHS Division of State Operated Healthcare Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an enterprise EHR platform by managing day-to-day activities and supervising State and contractual staff.
• Author all project management artifacts following PMI PMBOK guidelines and maintain required State project documentation.
• Develop detailed project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary IT management liaison to business clients and senior-level executives.
• Conduct hands-on analysis of business and technical environments while coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing projects implementing large, multi-client n-tier client/server systems.
• 7+ years of experience delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
• 7+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years of technical architecture and infrastructure knowledge across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
• 7+ years of experience in presentation and training.
• 5+ years of experience in oral and written communication.
• 5+ years of experience in objective decision-making based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
• 1+ years of experience managing implementation projects using Java, XML, HTML, CSS, VBScript, JavaScript, and IIS.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
