You will lead large-scale development projects and manage delivery obligations within a product platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 70–80 staff members across onsite and offshore locations.
• Liaise with senior team leads, offshore program managers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee development activities before expanding oversight into additional operational areas.
• Navigate project obstacles through collaboration and sound judgment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record leading large-scale development projects.
• Technical experience with VB.net.
• Experience managing teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Background in product platform environments.
• Ability to manage large-scale staff cohorts (70-80 people).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the finance sector, specifically within superannuation.
• Previous experience working within the Wipro ecosystem and managing Wipro customer relationships.
