Description

You will lead large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation and integration programs within the telecommunications sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from inception through delivery.
• Direct Oracle Fusion implementations across ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with telecommunications industry processes.
• Drive program decision-making through analytical problem-solving and negotiation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementation and integration.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules including ERP, HCM, and SCM.
• Extensive background in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
