Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery and commercial growth of large-scale digital transformation programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site transformation programs, including budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue through pre-sales consulting, contract negotiations, and the creation of service proposals.
• Lead governance meetings with client steering committees to align program milestones with future strategy.
• Direct cross-functional, multi-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams to meet project deliverables on time and within budget.

Required Skills

• 10 years of management experience, including at least 3 years at a senior level.
• Proven track record leading multi-million dollar business transformation programs involving complex technical solutions in the BSS industry.
• Experience writing and reviewing contracts, SOWs, and other commercial agreements.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and program governance.
• Ability to build and execute resource plans utilizing both onshore and offshore models.
• Experience managing MBOs/KPIs for delivery teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations.
• Experience working within a matrixed corporate environment.
