Description

Oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for program delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and guide project managers and teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through established communication channels and regular status updates.
• Serve as the escalation point for project issues and conflicts to provide timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Expertise in risk management, change management, and conflict resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience using project management software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on driving organizational change.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
