Description

Monitor and report on program, initiative, and portfolio health within the DoD/IC environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns.
• Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution reports and developing program-specific recommendations.
• Develop program documentation, including Statements of Work, Program Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
• Analyze, track, and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies.
• Create execution reports, cost estimating reports, budget overviews, and staffing reports.

Required Skills

• Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Polygraph scope.
• 8-12 years of experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency, specifically using pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Financial Management expertise.
• PMI PMP certification or DAWIA Level II.
• Experience with contract reviews and cost estimating.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Plan-It.
• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification.
