You will lead program-level monitoring, reporting, and support for Payments projects in Charlotte, NC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeatable processes for reporting, deliverables, issues management, and financial management.
• Lead the Tech PM team to ensure projects adhere to TDLC governance and risk controls.
• Manage technical issues and risks by coordinating with teams to provide transparency to leadership.
• Coordinate with Technical Delivery, Portfolio, and Business PM Partners to ensure accurate milestone, delivery, risk, and financial data.
• Plan, track, and ensure the timely completion of vulnerability remediation efforts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a program manager using Waterfall and SCRUM methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management function within the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Payments, banking, and Merger & Acquisition environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Strong background in portfolio and program management, including process management and mapping.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, conflict, and senior-level stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related field.
• Ability to travel according to client demands.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP or PMP Certification.
• Financial Services industry consulting experience.
