Description

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles and drive Agile execution across teams.

You will run scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Drive release planning and publish scrum metrics such as Product Backlog and Burndown charts. Identify and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery and team productivity. Coordinate partner meetings to align on project deliveries and milestones. Prepare performance reports and project status updates for upper management.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Jira and MS Project.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in Project Management and Data Analysis.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
