Own large, cross-functional technology programs within regulated environments, driving transformation and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology program delivery using Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
• Manage stakeholder communications and reporting for executive leadership.
• Integrate AI-led engineering models and intelligent automation into delivery workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in Program Management, Technology Transformation, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Deep expertise in Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated industries.
• Proficiency with PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Direct support experience for CIO, CTO, or Head of Engineering.
• Exposure to GenAI, intelligent automation, or AI governance frameworks.
