Description

You will lead full-lifecycle projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with client goals and timely delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring transparency.
• Facilitate status meetings and prepare executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably client-facing.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating and delivering reports for executive leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• PMI certification (PMP or equivalent).
