Description

You will oversee governance and performance tracking for SAP Service Area Owners, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights across partner networks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly governance reports on key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with various partners to collect KPI data and perform detailed analysis.
• Run weekly governance calls for each KPI to align stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Maintain, update, and follow up on Jira tickets for improvement action items.
• Perform audits of service requests and prepare management reports for SAP Service Area Owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Strong proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing action items.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level management reports.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI data collection and interpretation.
• Experience conducting service request audits and governance reviews.
