Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform control impact assessments for system changes, automation initiatives, and process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, Internal Audit, Risk, and Security requirements.
• Conduct access governance reviews and Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments.
• Identify, track, and escalate control risks and access conflicts.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, including control narratives, RCMs, and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate control testing activities across CRP, UAT, parallel runs, and go-live phases.
• Support project governance through status reporting, risk tracking, and issue management.
• Manage project documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira and SharePoint.
• Coordinate testing cycles, test scripts, and defect tracking using Zephyr or similar tools.
• Prepare governance reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business, finance, audit, security, and technology teams to ensure control compliance throughout project delivery.

Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in SOX Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, PMO, or Governance roles.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls, ITGC, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with access governance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews.
• Hands-on experience maintaining audit documentation and control evidence.
• Experience supporting project governance, testing coordination, and change management activities.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, Zephyr, Oracle Cloud, or similar enterprise tools.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
