Description

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure delivery aligns with technical specifications, scope, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and maintain schedules.
• Facilitate current state and application analysis sessions using use case process documents and workflow diagrams.
• Track project risks, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAAT) methodologies and documentation.
• Communicate project updates and detailed status reports to technical staff, executive management, and users.

Required Skills

• 10 years of project management experience.
• 10 years of experience developing project plans and maintaining schedules.
• 10 years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation, and issue tracking.
• 10 years of experience facilitating meetings and documenting requirements.
• 10 years of experience communicating updates to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 7 years leading data or system modernization projects in a state government domain.
• 3 years of experience with health Information Technology systems or Medicaid.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
