You drive large, complex IT efforts to successful outcomes through cross-team collaboration and operational improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project plans accounting for resources and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Identify needs for new services, processes, or team capabilities and execute implementation plans.
• Negotiate solutions for cross-team problems and establish partnering mechanisms with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with IT Transformation Program Offices and IT Towers to maintain program alignment.
• Provide coordination for governance groups and review project deliverables and collateral.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with project management standards, concepts, and procedures.
• 3 years of experience working on large transformation projects, such as information systems or system integration.
• 3 years of experience working with Quality Assurance efforts.
• 3 years of experience with IT Service Management and ITIL practices.
• 2 years of experience executing communications, dashboards, and change management activities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute when working with incomplete information.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with external vendors.
• Ability to enter an active project and assume responsibilities quickly.
