Own program execution, scope, timelines, and resources for complex web initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cross-team project plans and maintain product roadmaps with Product and Engineering Managers.
• Manage dependencies, anticipate setbacks, and resolve issues or define contingency plans.
• Perform risk management: identify, analyze, respond, and control risks across projects.
• Aggregates and synthesizes program information to communicate goals, roles, and outcomes to extended teams and leadership.
• Drive tactical decisions, resource assessment, release planning, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program/project management experience with technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and web content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and SharePoint.
• Experience with JIRA and Wiki platforms.
• Excellent business partner management and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Workfront experience.
• Background with large enterprise web projects.
