You will manage the execution and delivery of high-impact programs across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize quarterly roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end execution for critical product and marketing launches.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Maintain project schedules and drive alignment with partner teams.
• Facilitate transparent communication and maintain documentation like PRDs and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple streams simultaneously.
• Ability to recognize ambiguity and drive conversations toward timely decisions.
• Experience using Jira, Dashboards, PRDs, and Design Specs.
• Skills in persuasion, empathy, persistence, and adaptability.
• Ability to build or improve frameworks and standards for team implementation.
• Understanding of context and presenting data to various organizational levels.
