Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align projects with strategic goals.
• Oversee intricate projects from inception to completion, applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Handle budgeting and financial oversight for assigned programs.
• Prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience, specifically focused on AI and data-driven initiatives.
• Technical understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex project lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
• Knowledge of agile techniques and tools including JIRA or Trello.
