Responsibilities

• Drive execution and delivery of software solutions by bridging communication between marketing, design, and R&D teams.
• Refine requirements into logical, customer-valued deliverables while identifying synergies with existing systems.
• Define the overall approach, architecture, and quality plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage risks, resolve issues affecting release scope and schedule, and communicate status across management levels.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in program management.
• Comprehensive experience developing commercial software products using agile development practices.
• Expertise in managing cross-organizational software development projects from initiation through delivery.
• Hands-on experience developing and reporting on engineering development metrics.
• Experience with controlled software release processes using product lifecycle management tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving experience involving large-scale systems.
• Ability to manage complex, highly visible programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Background in design and software product lifecycles.
