Description

You will manage the full program lifecycle to ensure delivery meets quality, reliability, scheduling, and cost objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire program process with full P&L responsibility.
• Develop detailed program plans including budgets, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
• Consolidate product requirements and create documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build ROI analyses, business plans, and product development roadmaps based on customer requirements.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to forecast and pursue new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong technical background to evaluate program specifications and capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and activities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and interface with cross-functional disciplines.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for developing detailed plans.
• Proficiency with PC applications.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with MS Project and SAP.
• Background in project engineering, manufacturing, or scheduling.
