You will manage large-scale, cross-functional programs by tracking milestones, issues, and project risks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tracking tools to document milestone completions, issues, and project jeopardies.
• Deliver executive-level written and oral reports, presentations, and communications.
• Provide management with regular status updates and feedback on key process-focused objectives.
• Manage project completion workflows and associated documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency with Jira Software.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of equivalent professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training.
• Expertise in process improvement and change management within program delivery.
• People management experience, specifically within a technology company.
