Description

You will own the planning, execution, and governance of complex network infrastructure programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance for LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud Connectivity programs.
• Oversee multi-tower service delivery across Network Operations, Service Desk, and Field Support, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement across service operations while managing incident, problem, and change processes per ITIL v4.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client executives, leading service reviews and executive reporting.
• Own program P&L, managing budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery or program management.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles within IT service delivery or managed services.
• Expertise in Program Management methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including LAN/WAN and SD-WAN.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework principles.
• Demonstrated ability in escalation management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in tracking and defining operational KPIs.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
