Description

You will own project tracking systems, lead product migrations, and deliver executive-level reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project tracking tools to document milestones, issues, and jeopardies.
• Lead product migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver written and oral executive-level reporting and presentations on key process objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in complex projects.
• Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks.
• Experience leading product migrations.
• Technical product knowledge and familiarity with technical architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Smartsheets, G-suit, and Slack.
