Description

You will drive program execution and strategic alignment across product management, engineering, and healthcare business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams, cross-workstream dependencies, risk, and escalation management.
• Own SOW creation, approval processes, and execution to drive program efficiency.
• Lead new product development programs and manage vendor relationships within Global Cloud Acceleration Initiatives.
• Monitor program progress through dashboards, tracking quality, regulatory compliance, and status reporting.
• Track financial data, including investment forecasting, fund and credit management, and operating plan measurement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• Expertise in Agile practices and product management execution.
• Proficiency with Rally, Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of healthcare products and IT product development/deployment processes.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and change management.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contractual agreements.
• Skill in building PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder reporting and influencing leaders.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues through direct action or cross-functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching operations personnel and project managers on quality execution.
