Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects and multiple parallel work threads simultaneously.
• Guide business and IT senior leadership through complex transformation processes.
• Oversee the implementation of ticketing solution transformations.
• Navigate the entertainment, event, and hospitality ticketing value chain.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large cross-functional transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel work threads at scale.
• Deep understanding of the entertainment or event ticketing and management value chain.
• Experience with ticketing solution implementation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior IT and business leadership.
• Background in hospitality, hotel chains, or casino ticketing environments.
• Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster or LiveNation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
