• Estimate costs and implement project plans within established budgetary guidelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of extensive program management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate requirements to senior management.
• Deep understanding of project management theory and team dynamics.
• Experience managing project timelines, training, and communications.
• Ability to make difficult decisions and handle challenging assignments.

Preferred Skills

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
