Description

Lead program governance and end-to-end delivery for infrastructure and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated program plans, milestones, and status reporting for infrastructure projects.
• Establish governance cadence including weekly operating reviews and steering committees.
• Manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, scorecards, and concise status updates for senior leadership.
• Coordinate audit requests, evidence collection, and compliance milestones across cybersecurity and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or large-scale project delivery.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream programs in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in program planning, execution, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct reporting authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Jira, and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle concepts, remediation prioritization, and control governance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum, or related certifications.
