Description

You will lead end-to-end enterprise program management, driving application modernization and transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise application modernization efforts and transformation projects.
• Establish governance frameworks, define KPIs, and produce executive-level reporting.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration among business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change management issues.
• Execute delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Program Management.
• Strong background in enterprise application modernization and transformation leadership.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholder expectations and reporting.
• Experience with enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
