Description

You will lead experimentation initiatives, including proof-of-concept, pilot programs, and prototype development. Your role involves conducting technology landscaping, researching innovation trends, and identifying external solutions to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments, hypothesis testing, and solution modeling to validate new concepts.
• Analyze data, define KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to support innovation adoption.
• Manage the innovation pipeline, covering idea intake, validation processes, and concept visualization.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and collaborate with technical teams, research groups, and external partners.
• Develop roadmaps and project schedules for innovation programs while facilitating stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Innovation, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, innovation programs, or R&D environments.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodology, systems analysis, and technical solution evaluation.
• Experience with digital technologies, modern software architectures, and data analysis techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and experimentation programs simultaneously.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sustainability research, technology innovation, or ingredient research.
