Description

You will independently author program charters, define governance structures, and execute change management rollouts to ensure predictable delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, timelines, OKRs, and resourcing while managing risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Design and deliver predictable communication plans and manage escalations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop change management rollout plans, including impact analysis, and monitor progress to resolve misalignments.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and governance structures for mitigations and postmortems.
• Determine program phasing and metrics to drive continuous improvement and provide transparency for program pivots.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
• Proficiency in Communications Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in Managing Organizational Change and User Empathy.
• Strong Technical Judgment and Planning capabilities.
• Ability to define program governance and manage Portfolio Management.
• Skills in TPM and PgM execution and governance.
• Experience with Risk Management and Vendor Management.
