Description

You will manage complex technology programs through strategic planning and execution across a portfolio of concurrent projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of at least 7 concurrent projects, coordinating planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Support FHIR-based modernization initiatives by defining business use cases and integration requirements.
• Develop and maintain program governance documentation, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Identify and analyze operational, adoption, and program-level risks, coordinating mitigation with IT leadership.
• Support RFP/RFI development and evaluation processes while adhering to State Government frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing a portfolio of at least 7 projects.
• 5+ years overseeing IT projects in a project/program management role.
• 5+ years documenting systems, governance documentation, or SOPs related to IT systems.
• 3+ years experience in business process improvement and performance business analysis.
• Experience implementing FHIR standards.
• Experience implementing APIs.
• Knowledge of public health data.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a State Government environment deploying or maintaining IT systems.
• Experience supporting or responding to RFP/RFI analysis.
