Description

You will manage all aspects of program management from prototype development through to production start-up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering changes to ensure all products meet required specifications.
• Resolve quality concerns and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Coordinate communication between different departments and divisions.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the company to provide support.
• Track program progress and present cost-saving proposals to customers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in engineering or tooling within an automotive background.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or experience in tool and die design.
• Proficiency in SPC and DFMEA.
• Practical knowledge of PFMEA and GD&T.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and DOE.
• Expertise in Effective Problem Solving and 8D methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality systems.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
