Description

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver EngageRTC technical projects on schedule and within budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables alongside senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee all project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, progress, and technical challenges to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically within telecommunications or real-time communications.
• Proven experience in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and DevOps practices.
• Deep technical understanding of CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC technologies.
• Expertise in networking and communication protocols such as SIP and RTMP.
• Experience with telephony, audio codecs, video codecs, and real-time communications (RTC).
• Familiarity with telecommunications and contact center solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Cloud Networking.
• Experience with Twilio, Azure Communication Services, and audio codecs like OPUS.
• Agile certification (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) or PMP.
