Description

Manage medium to large-scale mapping projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects to meet defined KPI targets for metrics, delivery, and quality.
• Supervise large teams hands-on to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Align resource response plans with weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Own engagement operations, revenue, business improvement, and customer relationships.
• Act as the single point of contact and highest escalation point for delivery and quality issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale mapping projects.
• Proficiency with GIS technologies.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Applied knowledge of LEAN methodologies.
• Strong expertise in KPI management and tracking.
• Ability to manage resource planning and yearly business charters.
• Experience working independently with functional teams and clients.
