Description

Lead program execution and delivery by managing scope, budget, schedule, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control program delivery in alignment with strategic goals and project control documents.
• Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, reporting status directly to the steering committee.
• Coordinate subject matter experts and contractor staff to ensure requirements are correctly implemented in the solution.
• Facilitate change management, training plans, and business process modifications to improve operations.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including fully resourced schedules and meeting agendas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software configuration and deployment.
• Proven experience managing software development efforts and hardware procurement/installation teams.
• Hands-on experience managing software installation on hardware for go-live phases.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheets, and TFS or Jira.
• Direct experience working within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
