Description

You will lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for End User Computing initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery of End User Computing projects.
• Administer JIRA dashboards and reporting to track project progress and metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to align project goals and execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to resolve issues proactively before they impact delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in project management.
• Extensive experience with End User Computing initiatives and related technologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA administration and advanced reporting capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of general project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
