Description

You will manage the implementation of a re-procured SaaS solution, overseeing technical architecture, vendor resources, and operational costs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track operational scope, technical architecture, and vendor resources for solution implementation.
• Coordinate with incoming and outgoing service vendors to ensure a fully integrated web-based SaaS solution.
• Oversee complex system configurations, forms, and data migrations.
• Document software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, project timelines, and associated costs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in system and software development and maintenance.
• 8+ years of experience in system architecting.
• 8+ years of experience in complex system, forms, configuration, and data migration.
• 8+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams, projects, and costs.
• 8+ years of experience documenting software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps capabilities.
• Experience managing systems that handle consumer data, assessment/eligibility data, and federal reporting requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with federally funded recipient vendor programs.
