You will manage the implementation and operational scope of the SaaS Aging Information and Data Management Solution (SAIDMS) in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the operational scope, technical architecture, and associated costs for the re-procured solution.
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming service vendor resources to ensure a fully integrated SaaS solution.
• Oversee the delivery of a web-based interface and comprehensive database for data storage and reporting.
• Ensure the system maintains accurate consumer, assessment, eligibility, and service delivery data to satisfy Federal reporting requirements.
• Support the maintenance of call information and Ombudsman data for multiple concurrent users across the State.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Experience managing SaaS implementation and technical architecture.
• Proven track record of managing service vendor resources and project costs.
• Experience overseeing complex data management solutions and reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multi-user, state-wide system implementations.
• Any Graduate degree.
