Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partner with Amazon Retail and 3P teams worldwide to identify automation opportunities and size problems
• Own end-to-end automation via Sapien by collaborating with Business, Tech and other partner Amazon teams
• Scale automation solutions across multiple geographies to drive worldwide parity of programs
• Drive meaningful automations that deliver productivity gains for business teams and lower CTS for Retail/3P and RBS Teams
• Deliver technology-based solutions and programs that are highly scalable while maintaining customer and business partner focus
• Lead strategically and tactically by diving deep into business and technical domains
• Work with multiple teams and drive execution in high volume operational environments
• Influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution without direct authority

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Program Management and online Retail, 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 5+ years of program or project management experience, 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects, experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements, 2+ years of driving process improvements experience preferred

Education: Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field preferred
