Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Governance

• Own overall program scope, delivery roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
• Establish and manage program governance structure (leadership reviews, cadence calls, financial rigor, staffing, delivery as per contract, site delivers as per global standards and local regulations)
• Ensure adherence to TCS delivery, compliance, and quality standards
• Maintain integrated program plans and dependency maps across various teams Delivery Management
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery to client contractual obligations.
• Track and manage program KPIs, SLAs, milestones, and benefits realization for all client contracts
• Drive issue resolution and decision making across client projects
• Manage change requests, scope control, and prioritization Stakeholder Management
• Act as a single point of accountability for senior internal stakeholders
• Present executive-level status, risks, and recommendations
• Build trusted relationships with sponsors, business leaders, and partners
• Manage escalations effectively with clear mitigation plans Financial & Commercial Management
• Own program budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Track financial performance, billing milestones, and revenue recognition
• Support contract governance, commercials, and vendor coordination
• Ensure value realization and ROI tracking Risk & Issue Management
• Identify program-level risks and dependencies proactively
• Maintain and review RAID logs; drive preventive and corrective actions
• Ensure regulatory, information security, and compliance adherence Resource & People Management
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and workstream leads
• Plan and optimize resource utilization across onshore/offshore teams
• Drive performance management, accountability, and collaboration
• Enable skill development and knowledge sharing Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Prior consulting or PMO background.
• Basic understanding of HRO Tools & Technologies
• MS Project / Planview / Primavera (Preferred)
