Description

You will manage complex VLSI/ASIC design programs, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for VLSI/ASIC design cycles.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks to prevent delays.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communicate progress to leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Deep knowledge of the VLSI and ASIC design lifecycle.
• Proven expertise in resource management and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
